Tilmann Ulbricht
Understanding companies, fine-tuning profiles and bringing in the right people: Tilmann Ulbricht’s approach to filling executive and key positions is undoubtedly the result of his training in business, with an emphasis on human resources, organization and trade, and years of experience working in human resources management in the trade sector.
Tilmann Ulbricht gained practical experience at Breuninger, Peter Hahn and thirty and more as Human Resources Development Manager, Head of Human Resources, Head of Finance and Accounting and as Managing Director. In 2007, he moved into human resources consulting, joining TOPOS in Stuttgart as a Senior Consultant. He became a partner in 2011 and managed business activities at that location together with the founder. Since 2018 he has been Managing Director of the office in Stuttgart.
His focus areas are in the recruiting and selection of executives and specialists for medium-sized and owner-operated companies and corporations in the trade, consumer goods and services industries.
