For Imke Lambrecht, lifelong learning is more than just a dictum: she describes herself as an “educational junkie” and convinces with her enthusiasm for personal and professional development. Since 2020 the Steinbeis certified Business Coach has been a member of the Stuttgart TOPOS Team, providing support in the areas of profiling, business coaching and onboarding.

In her previous professional life, Imke Lambrecht gained her practical experience primarily in the areas of customer service and project management and was head of the back office of a Stuttgart company group for many years. For more than 15 years she also accompanied prospective office managers and BA students as a training officer. As a sideline, the commercial specialist completed a degree in human resources and organizational development with a focus on employee management and qualification. The degree as a certified personnel manager completes the profile of the committed detective of potentials.
