Hannah Gutmann holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and brings more than nine years of experience in recruiting IT and digitalization professionals. She combines in-depth industry expertise with a keen sense for people and precise placements. Her career began in the traditional staffing industry, where she quickly recognized how crucial high-quality matches are to a company’s long-term success.
She then took on responsibility for in-house recruiting at a growing IT security start-up. In this role, she deepened her technical understanding of software development, IT security, and IT infrastructure, gaining first-hand insight into the needs of dynamic, technology-driven organizations. Since 2020, she has also been working as an independent recruitment consultant, building a strong network of IT specialists and clients across the greater Stuttgart and Karlsruhe region.
Today, Hannah Gutmann is part of TOPOS Stuttgart, supporting companies locally and nationwide in filling demanding IT and digitalization roles.
