Looking for the Perfect Match

Elli Yaakoubi joined the team of TOPOS Personalberatung in Stuttgart at the beginning of 2023. Born in Karlsruhe, she holds master’s degrees at the Ruprechts-Karls-University Heidelberg and discovered her passion for the world of headhunting as early as 2005 as a student trainee with a provider of executive research services.

In addition to her many years of experience as Head of Research with management responsibility for up to 15 employees, Elli has also developed her own training concept for researchers and has profound experience in the management of international headhunting projects.

In 2017, she joined a boutique executive search firm and set her industry focus on packaging technology, which also includes mechanical engineering, printing & labeling technology, consumer goods, and logistics & supply chain. The empathetic headhunter, who later advanced to become Managing Director, always analyzes the client’s needs in detail and is uncompromising on this point: “I am always looking for the perfect match – professionally and personally.
