Born and raised in Hamburg, Alexander Rahl is deeply connected to the Hanseatic values of reliability, integrity and vision – principles that also characterize his work in personnel consulting.

After studying business administration and working in industry for the first time, he found his way into personnel consulting in 1993. He worked for a medium-sized consultancy for ten years before founding HR Management Consultants GmbH in 2003. As Managing Director, he specialized in the construction and real estate industry, renewable energies, mechanical and plant engineering as well as research and teaching. Alexander Rahl has extensive expertise in advising family-run industrial and commercial companies. He is particularly interested in filling technical management and expert positions.
