Kathrin Manthey has been an integral part of TOPOS Executive Search in Hamburg since 2000. As Managing Partner and authorised signatory, she recruits executives for the social welfare sector, churches and faith-based welfare providers throughout Germany, from the foothills of the Alps to the North Sea coast.
Her other areas of expertise include vocational and early childhood education as well as public-sector enterprises. As a founding member of the TOPOS Competence Center for Public-Sector Organisations, she is the central point of contact for institutions and companies across the public sector.
