
Sales & Marketing Manager, Germany (m/w/d)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with experience and knowledge in the Bag-In-Box industry to lead and expand our specialized packaging company’s presence in the German and German-speaking markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to elevate our company’s market position, initially in Germany and other countries nearby.
Your tasks
- Take charge of the Aran Group’s business in Germany, including servicing existing accounts, business development, end-to-end customer service, and overall ownership of activities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share in the food, wine, dairy, and beverage segments in Germany and neighboring countries.
- Manage all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, account management, and customer retention.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, agents, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and increase visibility.
Your profile
Requirements: Experience:

- Proven track record of successful sales and market development in packaging solutions/services, preferably in the food, wine, dairy, beverage, or liquid-sensitive product industries.
- Experience in developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge and understanding of the liquids packaging industry or related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with customer service, logistics, and shipping to manufacturing customers.
- Experience in managing agents, distributors, and other partners.
