The sales organization is based on two sales channels: telemarketing (sales employees) and online shop. The company offers both standard and customized products to a broad customer base with more than 25,000 customers. With approx. 150 employees in 10 locations the company is headquartered in a metropolitan region in southwestern Germany.
As Managing Director (m/f/d), the job holder is responsible for the activities of the company on a national and international level, particularly in the areas of result and business development. In the process, the MD serves at the level of the management team as motivator, direction setter, sparring partner and coach.
