For the youngest member of the TOPOS headhunting team, there is nothing but consulting – at least professionally. The start of his career in 2014 led him straight to an executive search company, where he was entrusted with the complete process of personnel consulting as a 360-degree consultant and thus got the opportunity to learn the job from scratch.
After successfully filling positions in a variety of very different industries, his affinity for the medical technology, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors crystallized, which are now his focus when recruiting specialists and executives.
Besides his sweet spot for science, Jan has a great deal of expertise in business psychology as well, as a preference for diagnostic tools. Accordingly, he now works at TOPOS Personalberatung in Stuttgart not only as a consultant, but also as Head of Talent Acquisition – furthermore he is contact for digital topics.
