His business studies with a focus on finance and accounting paved the way for him into management positions at the Tengelmann Group, where his areas of responsibility included controlling, strategy and restructuring.

In his following long-term management position in a medium-sized family business (DIY, energy industry), Rüdiger Meyer was responsible not only for commercial matters but also for personnel. He succeeded in combining the rational and emotional aspects of both areas in numerous future-oriented projects to form a successful symbiosis.

With this background, he also volunteers in various organisations in the field of personnel development and management. Rüdiger Meyer knows exactly which employees companies – and above all the entrepreneurs – are looking for, because the focus is on people and the figures are always in mind.
